The room was a nice size and what's more - included a shower and bath sheets. The hotel staff were very helpful and really helpful.

The a twin room was wonderful, it included climate control, cable TV, and coffee/tea makers. All of the staff members were very helpful and excellent.

Somehow there was bad smell and a rat.

I really got great value for my money at Treebo Palmyra Milford. The room was clean and spacious, with a separate dining space and a big LCD TV. The location was perfect, with easy access to the beach, backwaters, and good eating joints nearby. The staff treated us with so much warmth and were always ready to help.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with better bread and omelets.

From the moment we arrived at this incredible hotel, we were blown away by the amazing amenities. The hot water in the spacious and spotless rooms was a real treat, along with the hairdryer and efficient air con. The staff were beyond friendly, always eager to assist with any queries or requests. The location was super convenient, just a short and thrilling Tuk tuk ride to the boats. The breakfast, though basic, was good enough with fresh puree, but adding some delicious bananas would make it even more satisfying. Despite a few minor issues with the security and iron not being promptly addressed, the overall experience was mind-blowing. The two friendly girls at the reception desk were an absolute delight. Thank you for an amazing stay!

Had a great Xmas stay! The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the property was well-maintained. The hotel's central location made it easy to explore the city and nearby attractions. One advantage was that there were good eating options nearby and you could also order from popular food delivery services. Great value for money!

The WiFi was occasionally disrupted due to bad weather, but that was understandable. The porch parking was a little tricky and might not be suitable for large cars.

The stay here was real good, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was perfectly clean with prime location close to all attractions and tourist places in Alappey, and local transport and uber. Property's breakfast was nice.
